• Three nights. Wednesday, October 15 to Saturday, October 18, 2025.
• Tentative schedule:
  • Thursday, Oct. 16 – SMU and TCU
  • Friday, Oct. 17 – UT Austin and Texas A&M
  • Saturday, Oct. 18 – Baylor
• Tour open to students from all schools.
• Tour departs from and returns to San Jose Mineta Airport
  • Flight departs San Jose at 3:30pm on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
  • Flight returns to San Jose at 7pm on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
• 3 nights (double occupancy hotel).
• All flights (San Jose to Dallas / Dallas to San Jose).
• Deluxe motorcoach transportation included.
• All breakfasts included. All other meals, and incidental expenses paid by participant.
• Each student must have health coverage. Parents will complete a healthcare emergency form, and waiver and consent forms.
• Athens Advisors and school college counselors will supervise the tour. 
• School visits subject to availability. Registrants will receive updated information and complete itineraries.
• $1,995. Full payment upon registration. Refund in-full minus $150 fee prior to September 12, 2025.  No refunds after.
