As a professional, Mark played three seasons with the Chesapeake Bayhawks MLL team and currently plays in the PLL with Chaos and in the NLL with the San Diego Seals. In 2019, Mark was selected to the US Men’s National Lacrosse Team. Mark helps his clients as a Physical Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist, and Mental Performance Coach.
