- Six nights. Sunday, April 20 to Saturday, April 26, 2025.
- Tour open to students from all schools.
- Tour departs from and returns to San Francisco International Airport
- Flight departs San Francisco at 10am on April 20, 2025.
- Flight returns to San Francisco at 8:40pm on April 26, 2025.
- 6 nights (double occupancy hotel).
- All flights (San Francisco to Chicago / Chicago to San Francisco).
- Deluxe motorcoach transportation included.
- All breakfasts included. All other meals, and incidental expenses paid by participant.
- Each student must have health coverage. Parents will complete a healthcare emergency form, and waiver and consent forms.
- Athens Advisors and school college counselors will supervise the tour. Mixed gender tours will always have both female and male counselors.
- School visits subject to availability. Registrants will receive updated information and complete itineraries.
- $2,950. 50% deposit with the balance due February 14, 2025. Refund in-full minus $150 fee prior to February 14, 2025. No refunds after.
