- Departs from and returns to Bellarmine College Prep.
- Tour departs at 10:00am on Sunday February 16, 2025
- Tour returns at 9:30pm on Friday February 21, 2025
- Five nights (double occupancy hotel) included.
- Deluxe motorcoach transportation included.
- All breakfasts and some lunches included. All other meals, and incidental expenses paid by participant.
- Athens Advisors counselors will supervise the tour. Mixed gender tours will always have both female and male counselors.
- Each student must have health coverage. Parents will complete a healthcare emergency form, and waiver and consent forms.
- School visits subject to availability. Registrants will receive updated information and complete itineraries.
- $2,500. 50% deposit with the balance due Jan. 17, 2025. Refund in-full minus $150 fee prior to January 17, 2025. No refunds after.
