- Flight departs from SJC at 4pm on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024
- Flight returns to SJC at 5:30pm on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024.
- Includes three nights lodging (double occupancy).
- Includes all flights (San Jose to Portland; Eugene to Seattle; Seattle to Spokane; Spokane to San Jose).
- Includes coach motorcoach transportation (WiFi, plugins) transportation.
- Includes breakfast each day. All other meals, and incidental expenses paid by participant.
- Each student must have health coverage. Parents will complete a healthcare emergency form, and waiver and consent forms.
- Athens Advisors and school college counselors will supervise the tour. Mixed gender tours will always have both female and male counselors.
- School visits subject to availability. Registrants will receive updated information and complete itineraries.
